Change of heart OR THINK you'll look better on another size? Yes! it happens to the best of us.

We happily accept returns within 15 Days of receipt for almost all items in new condition.

Return Condition
1. You have 15 Days to process the return from the date of Receipt of the product.
2. Items NOT applicable for RETURNED/EXCHANGED: Underwear, Innerwear, Body-Shaper, Swimwear, Lingerie & Bodysuits.
3. Merchandise returned MUST BE in their unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, washed or altered in any way.
4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
6. Please process your return from the same courier company, we will not collect the returned item from a different shipping/courier company. The returns will be made at your own cost.
7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-BASEMARK products .
